Another free phone from Apple today, thanks to the announcements of the Apple iPhone 5C and 5s earlier today, the Apple iPhone 4S sees a $100 price cut and is now offered for free from all 4 carriers – Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and A&T. This pricing is just in effect for over an hour so you may have to wait until later this month to actually get the iPhone 4s for free but this is an excellent deal for a free phone who doesn’t want a free android or Windows phone and has their hearts set on a free Apple phone instead of a free phone with a different OS. If you’re tied into (or prefer) the Apple system sticking with an easy to use Apple phone is even a better deal now that it’s free and you save $100 off the Apple iPhone 4S compared to what you would have paid just a day ago.

This news also discontinues 2 other phones too. The Apple iPhone 5 is now discontinued,  so be sure to look out for iPhone 5 deals as the carriers wish to clear old stock.  We were hoping to see a $100 dollar price cut on the iPhone 5 with the 5s as the replacement but Apple has instead decided to completely replace the Apple iPhone 5 with the 5c instead. Anothe Apple phone gone from the lineup today is the Apple iPhone 4.  This won’t be missed as this is a 3 year old phone by now and the technology was surely getting dated and although this was previously the free phone by Apple, the iphone 4S is now the one and only free Apple iPhone you can get on a 2 year contract today.

Look for the free Apple iPhone 4s to ship September 20th.
