The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is almost considered a phablet with it’s 5.7 inch display and built in pen. And because it’s a Samsung it comes full of features and might even be the most features on a Verizon phone today with Android 4.3, 2.3GHz Quad Core Processor, 3GB of RAM with 32GB of storage and a 13 megapixel camera. If you handle the size of the Note 3 it’s the best smartphone from Verizon this month.The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the best selling smartphone for Verizon this month and this is in part due to the feature set and price. Starting at $149.99 on a 2 year contract that’s a 50% discount since the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was introduced earlier this year.

Motorola Droid Maxx

The Motorola Droid Maxx is one of my favorite phones from Verizon and if it were up to me I would choose the Motorola Droid Maxx vs the Note 3 as I don’t need a pen or that big of a screen. But the Maxx offers a cheaper price of $50.00 on contract currently, and comes with outstanding battery life that can last 2 days or more with light use and features a 5 inch display, wireless charging, 1.7Ghz dual core processor, 10 MP digital camera 32GB of storage and a big 3500 mAH battery for all day power for power users. 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage make the Motorola Droid Maxx one of the best deals on a smartphone from Verizon for under $100.00

Samsung Galaxy S4

The Samsung Galaxy S4  has been a best selling smartphone from Verizon for sometime and for a limited time you can get up to four free Samsung Galaxy S4′s and an additional $200 credit from Verizon so if you’re in the market for a new Samsung phone this is definitely one to consider.  The Samsung Galaxy S4 is soon to be discontinued and replaced by the Samsung Galaxy S5 next month and is one reason why the S4 is so heavily discounted now. The S4 is no slouch of a phone though and offers a full HD display, 16gb of ram and removable battery and SD card slot with a 13 megapixel digital camera to round out the main feature set of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

HTC One

The HTC One was a late bloomer on Verizon and didn’t arrive until late in 2013 even though it was released much earlier on other carriers. This has allowed other smarterphones to gain more popularity on the Verizon network (also, that  4 free Samsung Galaxy s4 offer is pretty good too). But, the HTC one is still a contender for one of the best smartphones you can buy today on Verizon. Offering a 4.7 inch HD display,  4 ‘ultrapixel’ camera and a fast quad core processor with exclusive boomsound speakers on the front of the phone make this a very good choice for those who consume a lot of content on their smartphone.

LG G2

The LG G2 for Verizon is still a very popular choice thanks to the cheaper price of $49.99 on contract at time of writing. Offering one of the biggest smartphone screens on the Verizon network yet still being to hold in one hand the LG G2 offers the distinctive buttons on the rear of the phone which according to the folks at LG offer better handling than other phones where the standard buttons are on the sides. A fast quad core processor, 5.2 inch display, 13 megapixel camera and 2GB of RAM with 32GB of storage space round out the feature set for one of the few phones on sale at Verizon for under $100 this month.
