Amazon offers the Samsung Galaxy S3 for just $9.99 for Verizon on 2 year contract. I thought that just over twelve bucks was a good deal for the S3 but this is even a better deal if you need to be on the Verizon network. Not quite a free samsung galaxy phone, but pretty close.
