New flagship Alcatel received a new physical button BoomKey. It provides quick access to the functions: start the application “Camera” with a smartphone in the standby mode, optimizing the audio, special effects in videos and special features in games.

Alcatel IDOL 4

Alcatel IDOL 4 is basic smartphone with 5.2-inch IPS LTPS-screen and resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The physical dimensions of the device is 147 x 72.5 x 7.1 mm.

Inside smartphone is Snapdragon 617 chipset, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, from which the user has 10 GB. In addition, Alcatel IDOL 4 has a slot for microSD memory cards and dual noise-canceling microphone, supports 3G / LTE networks and includes a battery capacity of 2610 mAh.

The main camera resolution is 13 MP. Also camera supports focus and auto HDR mode. In addition, camera received ultrafast autofocus – it works for 0.1-0.3 seconds. The front 8-megapixel camera has its own flash.

Alcatel IDOL 4S

The larger (153.9 x 75.4 x 6.99 mm) version has 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED-display and chip Snapdragon 652. The internal memory of the model is 32GB (25GB user available), and battery capacity is 3000 mAh.

Both smartphones are available in boxes, from which you can make a virtual reality headset.

OneTouch

Alcatel said it will no longer produce smartphones under the brand Alcatel OneTouch. However, the company has remained a part of TCL Communications and preparing for re-branding.
